Bilingual case acquisition for law firms

Most agencies stop at the lead. We keep going until the case is signed.

Lawava builds and operates the case acquisition system for U.S. law firms. English and Spanish Meta campaigns, a landing page written for case intake, a bilingual AI agent that answers in under a minute, and the CRM that routes it. One system, judged on one number: cost per signed case.

Built for

We work with U.S. law firms already spending on marketing, with staff to work more cases, where one person makes the decision.

The gap

Everyone creates the lead. Nobody answers it.

The competitive gap in this category is not the ads. It is the ninety minutes between a form submission and a human voice. Almost everyone sells the top of that gap. We operate the bottom of it.

Most agencies in this space

  • Run the campaign and hand you a dashboard.
  • Grade the intake call after the case is already lost.
  • Deliver leads and let your team sort them.
  • Report on your CRM without ever working inside it.
  • Measure themselves on cost per lead, a number that improves when your leads get worse.

Lawava

  • Runs the campaign and answers what it produces.
  • Qualifies in under a minute, in English or Spanish, at any hour.
  • Writes every answer into your CRM before your team opens a laptop.
  • Works inside your pipeline, cleans it, and chases what your team has not.
  • Is measured on cost per signed case. That is the only number that moves your revenue.

Speed to lead

She needs a lawyer at 9:14 pm.

This is the part of the night that decides whether your ad spend turns into anything. It happens the same way in every market, in every firm, every week.

9:14 PM

Something has gone wrong and she decides she needs an attorney. Every office she could call closed hours ago.

11:40 PM

She fills out three firms' forms from her phone. Yours is one of the three.

11:41 PM

Lawava's agent answers hers, in Spanish. It asks what happened, when, where, what she needs from a lawyer, and whether she already has an attorney.

11:46 PM

Her answers are written into your CRM, sorted, with a consultation already on your calendar.

8:55 AM

The other two firms open their laptops.

Nothing in that sequence is a marketing trick. It is the difference between a system that answers and a team that starts its shift nine hours later.

The system

One stack. Built, run and answered for.

There are five pieces. We do not sell any of them separately, because four out of five is how firms end up with traffic and no cases.

01

Bilingual Meta campaigns

English and Spanish, split tested by language from day one, on the case types worth your time.

02

A landing page written for case intake

Not a firm brochure with a form bolted on the bottom. Every field on it is a filter, and the filter is yours.

03

A bilingual AI intake agent

Answers and qualifies in under a minute, day or night, in the language the person actually speaks.

04

CRM routing and follow up

Operated, not reported. We work inside your pipeline, keep it clean, and chase the ones your team has not gotten to.

05

Attribution to the signed case

One weekly report a managing partner will actually read, with one number at the top of it.

The filter

Six questions, asked before anything reaches your team.

These are marketing filters on a form, not legal opinions. We decide who is worth the call. Your attorneys decide who has a claim.

01 / Case type

Is this a matter your firm actually takes? A lead outside your practice areas is not a case, and it costs your team the same hour to work.

02 / Situation

What happened, and where does it stand today? A few plain answers tell your team whether to call now or in the morning.

03 / Location

Is the matter in a state and county where your attorneys are licensed to practice? A strong case in the wrong jurisdiction is still a lead you cannot take.

04 / Fit

Does it clear the minimum your firm has set, on value, fee structure and the evidence in hand? You set the floor, and the form enforces it.

05 / Timeframe

Is the matter inside the window your state allows? One date field on the form removes the ones that are not.

06 / Representation

Have they already signed with another attorney? Right now you are paying to talk to people who hired someone else last week.

The form does more of the work than most firms expect, which makes getting it right worth more, not less. We build the filter set around the practice areas and states you work in and confirm the thresholds with your attorneys before a single dollar runs.

The language bridge

Spanish is not a translation step.

6% of American lawyers are Hispanic. 19.5% of Americans are. That is the American Bar Association's number, published in 2024, and it is the entire reason this opening exists. In most of these metros the Spanish speaking client is not a segment you go hunting for. She is the default.

First contact, English

Hi, this is the intake team at your firm following up on the form you just filled out. Before anything else: what happened, and how can we help?

Under one minute, any hour

Primer contacto, español

Hola, le escribo del equipo de su firma por el formulario que acaba de llenar. Antes que nada: ¿qué pasó y en qué le podemos ayudar?

En menos de un minuto, a cualquier hora

The second one is not the first one run through a translator. It is written the way the person who just filled out the form actually speaks, and it is adjusted by country of origin, because a Cuban in Miami and a Colombian in Orlando do not answer the same message.

Qualification

Who this is for, and who it is not.

This is a filter, not an apology. Firms that do not clear it get worse results, and then we both waste a quarter finding that out.

A fit

  • You already spend money on marketing. We are never anyone's first marketing dollar.
  • You have staff who can work more cases. Paralegals, case managers, somebody besides you who can pick up a phone.
  • One person makes the decision. No marketing director whose job this threatens, no partner vote.
  • You practice in a metro with a large Spanish speaking population.
  • You can run at least $5,000 a month in ad budget. That floor is Meta's, not ours.

Not a fit

  • Firms shopping on price per lead.
  • Firms that want brand awareness, jingles or billboards.
  • Solo practitioners with no staff to work what comes in. Volume drowns you and then we both get judged on cases nobody had a chance at.
  • Anyone looking for a vendor to buy leads somewhere and resell them. We do not do that, and in several states it is not just a bad idea.

Who runs it

Who you would actually be working with.

“I am Colombian. Spanish is my first language, not a service I outsource.”

Availability

Two firms this quarter.

I take a limited number of firms, and right now that number is two. If you run a law firm and you want the whole conversion stack operated rather than reported, tell me about it. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call.
